Delivery and Payment

We ship across Ukraine. We work with both legal entities and private individuals.

Delivery

🚚 Nova Poshta (cargo branch / Cargo)

The main delivery method for small and medium orders across Ukraine. Shipment after order confirmation and dispatch coordination.

Delivery time — 1–3 business days depending on the region.
Delivery cost — at Nova Poshta rates, paid by the recipient.
Shipment on pallets or in manufacturer’s packaging.

🚛 Freight Carriers (for large orders)

For orders from 1 t — shipped via Delivery, Meest, or the buyer’s own transport. Agreed individually with the manager.

🏭 Warehouse Pickup

Available after prior agreement. Loading Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00. Address and time are agreed with the sales manager.

📦 Production and Dispatch Timelines

Standard stock items — dispatch 1–2 business days after payment.
Custom-order items (non-standard sizes) — 2–14 business days depending on the item.
Exact timeline is confirmed when placing the order.

Payment

🏦 Bank Transfer (for legal entities and sole traders)

We issue an invoice after order confirmation. Shipment after payment receipt. Full document set: invoice, delivery note, waybill.

💳 Online Card Payment

Payment by Visa / Mastercard via a secure form on the website. Funds are credited instantly; dispatch on the next business day.

💵 Cash on Pickup

Cash or card payment via terminal at the warehouse during pickup.

🔄 Instalment / Deferred Payment

For regular clients and large orders — individual payment terms. Contact the sales manager.

Returns and Warranty

We comply with Ukrainian consumer protection law and take full responsibility for the quality of our products.

✅ Return Conditions

Return period — 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The item must be unused, with original appearance and factory packaging intact.
Proof of purchase is required (delivery note or invoice).
Products made to individual order (non-standard sizes) cannot be returned.

🔄 Product Exchange

Exchange is possible within 14 days provided the product appearance is preserved.
Any price difference is charged or refunded to the buyer.

📋 Return Procedure

Call or email us at [email protected] — we will agree on the return method and reimbursement. Return shipping to our warehouse is at the buyer’s expense unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.

🛡 Quality Guarantee

Each batch comes with a technical data sheet confirming density and thermal conductivity.
In case of a manufacturing defect — replacement or full reimbursement.
Guaranteed shelf life — 24 months from the manufacturing date under proper storage (dry, covered area).
